About the Artist
  | Brenda Adams was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Her passion for painting is very apparent in each work that she creates. A mostly self taught artist, Brenda’s favorite medium is Watercolor as well as Organic Watercolor. Her award
winning works can be found throughout Western Canada. Brenda continues to make
the world a more colorful place through
group and individual lessons. Contact Brenda for more info. Artist Bio My love of Art goes back to when I was 3 years old. My Dad was working in the Stationary business at the time, and would bring home huge rolls of craft paper. Mom says the first things I ever drew were under the ocean: fish, seahorses, shells and plants. She had no idea where I had ever seen them, never mind draw them. My Grandma would paper her bedroom walls with my murals. Through the years I would find things to try and copy and found that I was pretty good at it. Now I take my camera everywhere I go and then capture those scenes in Watercolor. If I could stay awake…..I think I would paint 24 hours a day. I love to share my talents through teaching and bringing out the artist in all of us. I also do custom painting for home and office. |
